Shelley Roy:
Owner and operator, originally certified and accredited in Pilates and The Method through the PhysicalMind Institute, continues her training with Stott Pilates and Balanced Body. Shelley is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, 500-hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor, certified Thai Yoga Therapist, and student of Karate.

*Kirsten Wright:
Kirsten Wright has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Illinois, a certificate in Practical Pilates from AFFA, and a certificate for Modules 1, 2, and 3 on the Reformer from Balanced Body University. Kirsten has a background in pre- and postnatal exercise and nutrition, and combines nutrition education and support with her Pilates instruction.

*Amanda Dobron:
Amanda began taking Pilates in the summer of 2008. She started studying Pilates in order to teach in 2010 and is currently completing mat certification with BASI at the FLOW studio in Chicago. Amanda focuses on pain reduction as well as the mind and body connection in classes helping clients to find meditation.
